I believe both Audacity and OpenVINO are updated. I select my audio and go to “Analyze” so that I can transcribe the audio, and the drop down list simply does not display “Whisper Transcription” as an option. I have tried enabling it everywhere, it is enabled under “preferences”, as well as under “manage plugins”. Not sure why it does not come up.
Apparently OpenVINO version can lag behind Audacity: only compatible with older version of Audacity.

When you select the track, by either double-clicking it or clicking on the column to the left of the track, and go to Effect (next to analyze) → OpenVINO → whisper will be at the bottom of those options.
