I installed OPENVINO v3.7.1-R4.2 and it crashes Audacity 3.7.5. Remove OPENVINO and Audacity runs fine. Reinstall OPENVINO and delete openvino_intel_npu_plugin.dll from C:\Program Files\Audacity\ and Audacity opens and OPENVINO effects work (so far).
Computer is older, running Win 10 Pro, Intel Core i5-7500, Intel HD Graphics 630 and an NVIDIA GeForce GT730 but not using that.
Just wondering why openvino_intel_npu_plugin.dll seems to crash Audacity.
