OpenVino Maximum number of redirections (5) exceeded

Audacity 3.7.1
OpenVino audacity-win-v3.7.1-R4.2-64bit-OpenVINO-AI-Plugins.exe

When trying to add more open vino models from the OpenVino Setup process I keep getting the pop error “Maximum number of redirections (5) exceeded.”
Uninstalling both Audacity and OpenVino, plus removing the Audacity directory in %AppData%\Roaming\ is not resolving the problem.

Google is not giving any answers.

Just would like to at least add the Noise Suppression Models DeepFilterNet 2 & 3, along with the already installed noise-suppression-denseunite-II-0001. Also getting the Super Resolution Speech Model would be a bonus.

Any input would be appreciated.

Sounds like no one else is having this issue?
I’m having the problem on many Windows PC here.

Interesting that you were able to originally install it / download the required models… but now it seems like there are issues at download step? Which version of Windows are you using?

Windows 10 LTSC 1809/2019 (it’s referred as either).
But I’m having the same issue with W10 22H2.
Maybe when I de-selected some models on the original installation, broke the process of making any changes?

Hmm, de-selecting some models shouldn’t cause any issues like that. What country are you in? Perhaps it could be location based, as I know Hugging Face access (where the installer retrieves the models from) can vary from location to location.

United States.

Appreciate the replies.
Also the error is happening when I want to add more models from the original ones chosen in the initial installation.

Just asking, is there a process to completely remove either the OpenVino alone, or both OpenVino and Audacity and start over? The typical uninstalling and then reinstalling via the Windows control panel → Programs and Features isn’t providing a resolution. When I run the process again, the error will appear.

Still not able to install more OpenVino models.
Any suggestions to completely remove OpenVino so I can reinstall with additional models?

Has anyone been successful in adding more models in the OpenVino setup process?

I thinking I’ll need to open a ticket on this issue.

Maybe there’s too little of users for the OpenVino to assist with this issue.
