I’m trying to use OpenVINO in Audacity on Windows 10. However, for the past 4 versions of Audacity (currently 3.6.4) and the matching version of OpenVINO, each time I enable the module as instructed Audacity will no longer open. It crashes immediately and provides a long error dump that tells me nothing useful. Thoughts?

Hi @heavyDuty99,
Can you post the long error dump? It will help me to understand where it is crashing.
Some folks are reporting an issue in openvino_intel_npu_plugin.dll
– perhaps you can try deleting this file from C:\Program Files\Audacity
, and see if the issue goes away.

I deleted the .dll as suggested and it works great now. Thank you. Just for reference, here’s the top of the error dump:
