Old audacity and compatable lame

Hello.

I have Audacity 1.3 Beta (Unicode) as I prefer this version or versions that have the layout near enough the same to it.

What lame_enc.dll should I use?

I’ve tried downloading different lame_enc.dll but none seem to be recognised.

Unless there an Audacity that looks close to 1.3 Beta Unicode that has a current working lame_enc.dll - I’d be happy to go with that as an alternative.

The only thing I can think of, is make sure it’s the 32-bit version of lame.

I don’t know if it used the DLL or the EXE so you might try both.

Or export as WAV and use a 3rd party MP3 encoder.
