Nyquist Prompt does not appear at all

I’ve been looking everywhere for the Nyquist Prompt for a long time, and I can’t find it anywhere. I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’ve tried everything I can think of, and this option still doesn’t appear. Audacity 3.7.5.

That’s actually 3.6.2 I’ve had troubles with 3.7.5
