No thumbnail for soundtracks after exporting to WAV

Is there a way to attach the thumbnails to the soundtrack?. Thanks

Audacity can’t edit/save embedded album artwork. Your media player might be able to do it or you can use [u]MP3Tag[/u] (which also works with WAV and most audio formats, not just MP3) or another metadata/tagging program.

Thanks. The whole internet says you cant add thumbnails to WAVs which makes me wonder if this is a pretend fix.

In Windows explorer I get a “generic” icon for the default application, but in Windows Media Player or other media players I can see the embedded artwork (usually the album cover). That’s generally true for any audio formats.

But tags (embedded information) is not as well supported or as widely supported as other audio formats so WAV files might give you trouble with some applications.

Mp3tag did the trick. Thanks very much. (though I had to trouble shoot how to make it appear on my FiiO M3 by naming the jpgs to “cover”)
