No "themes" folder

I’ve been trying to add a custom theme to my Audacity, but every installation page tells me to drop the ImageCache file into a themes folder, but I’ve checked all over my Audacity files and I haven’t seen a themes folder anywhere

“Theme” is in the hidden Audacity folder …
