Ok folks I’m rewritting this topic I mistakenly gave wrong description details of my computer. so here it is it’s a 2010 mac pro 5,1 running mac os mojave 10.14.6 and the issue i am having with audacity is that there is no sound going into audacity when I press the record button. My mac pro is connected to the focusrite scarlett 18i20 3rd gen audio interface. can someone help me troubleshoot issue?
