Windows 10 Pro 22H2. Audacity 3.3.3. I have used this system to record and playback in the past. Today attempting to record I cannot hear the playback.
I have rescanned audio devices under transport
I have reset configuration using Tools reset configuration
I have verified the recording and playback levels are correct.
I can load another file and it will playback correctly.
I have verified the software playthrough option is on.
Can you export a WAV file and play it anywhere else, say Windows Media?
Record what? And with what? USB microphone?

Playback Device = Speaker RealTek Hi Def…
Recording Device = Microphone array RealTek Hi def…
When I turn up the speakers while in recording mode, I get feedback.
Made the following changes in Audio Setup:

Playback Device = Speaker RealTek Hi Def…
Recording Device = Microphone array RealTek Hi def… Changed this setting to Line USB (Audio Codec) and all is good. Thanks for listening.
