Newbie - How do I record my USB Headset

Hi, Probably a stupid beginner question - But I don’t seem to be able to find an answer.

I’m using a USB headset (Plantronics Blackwire 3220) to make and receive calls from my windows 10 laptop.
I want to record my calls - both sides (My Mic and what I’m hearing through the headset from the person at the other end of the call)

I don’t see the settings that allow me to do that ? - I can select the Headset Mic and that recalls - but not the other side on the conversation.
Im sure this is doh type question - Can someone tell me what i need to do or point me at some instructions

Thanks

Not a dumb question, it’s a limitation of Windows. The Windows sound system makes it near impossible to record both sides of an on-line conversation. The best solution is to use software that can bypass the sound system and hack into the data. For example, for recording both sides of a Skype call there is a program called “Pamela” (limited free version available: https://www.pamela.biz/en/download/)
