I can’t load the latest mac 3.7.3 Audacity version onto my mac os Ventura 13.7.4 desktop computer. I’ve followed the links for loading but it won’t allow the program to upgrade. Do you know what can be done to load the program?

What is the “new audacity upload program”? I know that there are many versions of Audacity available on the download page, but I never read about an “upload program”.
What is “Ventura 13+”? - I only know Ventura, which is macOS 13.x, but no “+”.
Please clarify what you want to do, what you expect, what happens instead, etc.
