I hit something on my keyboard and these blue bars at the top and bottom and center of file appeared. There are also the ruler looking things at the beginning and end of file. What is this and how do I turn it off? Thank you.
Okay I figured it out. This is called an envelope tool. It can be turned on and off with the F1 key. Just to let you all know. It was pissing me off.
