There is record scratching in this clip that I would love if one of you could either remove or teach me how to do so. I’ve been trying for a bit but am unable to.

The deliberate vinyl scratch sounds go across most of the audio spectrum, and overlap the voice frequencies, so impossible to remove completely.
Quicker to pay a voice-actor $5 to do an impersonation …
