Need to figure out how to remove this

There is record scratching in this clip that I would love if one of you could either remove or teach me how to do so. I’ve been trying for a bit but am unable to.

(Using Windows 8.1, only saying this since it’s a rule although not relevant to the subject. I didn’t know where else to post this than here.)

The deliberate vinyl scratch sounds go across most of the audio spectrum, and overlap the voice frequencies, so impossible to remove completely.

Quicker to pay a voice-actor $5 to do an impersonation …
