Need help with GSnap

I downloaded GSnap and extracted it to my plug-ins folder, but I get an error while trying to enable it.

The error says: “Effect at C:\Users.…\plug-ins\GSnap.dll failed to register. Could not load the library”

I have tried restarting both my computer and audacity, but nothing has worked. I also have redownloaded GSnap twice, but still no luck. I tried to enable a different effect, and it worked fine.

Currently Audacity only accepts the 32-bit versions of VST plugins like GSNAP.

[ BTW the pitch-correction in the free version of Grallion2 VST is better than Gsnap IMO ]
