Need directions with changing sounds.

Hello all,

I want to be able to emulate this song (link below), what I mean the person’s voice changes during the song.
There was one baseline recording of his voice and somehow they altered it. I do not know how to do that, I also don’t think they are using Audacity. However, this is what I have right now, Does anyone know how to alter a voice recording in such a way that is present in this song?

They are mixing between the normal voice and
an in-sync duplicate which is pitch-shifted down (by -25% ?)

Envelope tool is the way to alter the mixture during the track.
