Need assistance with Making audio consistent audibly throughout

I’m wondering how on audacity I can get my audio to sound consistent audibly all the way throughout the mix between the 2 tracks, the second track has some parts of the audio where the waveform is higher/lower, is there an easier way to make it so I can automatically make one track the same volume throughout?

I have one track playing, this is the audio I want to remain consistent audibly.
Then I have a second track which is like music that I want in the background playing.
How would I make it so my first track is at the same volume audibly throughout the entire mix? Much appreciated!

You can use a compressor to reduce the dynamic range (that is, the difference of the loudest and the quietest parts).
