When using Audacity 3 to export—for example, from WAV to OGG—the OGG file was assigned the same name as the WAV file. In version 4, the name is set to “Untitled,” even though the actual name is known.
Example hello.wav Audacity 4 export Untitled.ogg instead hello.ogg
