My Preference doesn't show FFmpeg section What to do?

I’ve set Audacity for my colleage to use and it works fine (about 3 months ago until now)

In my work I’ve to import .mp4 file into Audacity to edit its audio so I need FFmpeg

Now it doesn’t work as it should I can’t import .mp4 file. so I’ve redownloaded the FFmpeg

and it’s still not work. so I’m here in this window and there’re nothing about FFmpeg show up like every guide, that I’ve found on the internet told me.

I’ve already reinstall everything and restart computer so many time

What should I do next? Are there any way? Please help me Thank you!

Audacity_Installer_via_MuseHub.exe
ffmpeg-win-2.2.2.exe
FFmpeg_5.0.0_for_Audacity_on_Windows_x86.exe
Lame_v3.99.3_for_Windows.exe
audacity-win-3.7.5-64bit.exe
FFmpeg_5.0.0_for_Audacity_on_Windows_x86_64.exe

edit 1: add file names that I’ve tried in the reinstalling process so it’s additional data to be more clear

I might have it…

Go into Edit → Preferences → Modules and make sure mod-ffmpeg (and everything else) is enabled.

Click OK and then shut-down and re-start Audacity

Sometimes they get randomly disabled for reasons unknown to me…
