I use a Motu m2 and an atlas origin that I was using on an MSI laptop but I had to switch computers because I was having problems with recording on it. I’m now using them on a Mac mini for the first time but when I try to use it the mic won’t pick up sound. the computer recognizes the the m2 is plugged in on all the audio settings but the m2 won’t pick up sound for some reason. does anyone know how to fix this?
Have you granted access to “Microphone” for Audacity?
System Settings → Privacy and Security → Microphone
