My Audacity 3.7.7. detects my mic AT2020 USB Plus, and my Windows 10 Pro also has activated my AT2020 USB Plus as the input device, but the waveform is always flat and my voice can’t be recorded in audacity 3.7.7.

I have tried it many times, but it always doesn’t work at all.

I have frequently tried my mic AT2020 USB Plus on an online Audio Recorder such as https://online-voice-recorder.com and my AT2200 USB Plus can record my voice properly.

I also have tried my mic AT2020 USB Plus on some other software such as WavePad Sound Editor, and my mic AT2020 USB Plus can’t record my voice there as well.

I also have tried my mic AT2020 USB Plus on MixPad by NCH Software and my mic AT2020 USB Plus can’t record my voice.

How to solve this issue on Audacity.

This sounds like Audacity does not have permission to use the microphone. That permission is enforced by the operating system so a program can’t steal access to the microphone and surreptitiously listen to you.
