I’m trying to export multiple tracks from 1 long one by using labels.
I’ve done all the labels and have exported a complete track which is fine.
But when i try to export multiple tracks using the “export multiple tracks” i run into a slight problem…
There exporting correctly with the right starts but the tracks are playing silence for 2 hours after and are rediculously big… around 500mb per track.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like a combination of an Audacity bug and a peculiar way of working.
If you are using labels to export multiple, keep all of the “songs” on the same Audacity track (one after another).
If you want to have each song on a separate Audacity track, keep them all starting at “time=0” and Export Multiple based on tracks.
What doesn’t work properly (because of a bug) is if you try to export based on labels “and” have each song on a separate Audacity track.
Ahhh Let me try that and see if it fixes it!
