I am having trouble loading Audacity 2.0.3 on the subject Windows version. Please help. Thanks.

Windows XP is no longer supported.
You could try Audacity 2.0.0, which is available here: https://www.fosshub.com/Audacity-old.html
If your system supports Unicode, then use the Unicode version, otherwise use the ANSI version.

Thank you. Easier to just return the product as their software delivered is only 2.0.3.
