MP3 saves on Audacity 3.7.7

Currently using Windows 11 with Audacity 3.7.7. When saving recording requests folder to save to (iCloud) and then select recording type cannot select MP3. Have to use M4A.

On different computer ca select MP3.

Is there any reason why MP3 is excluded?

Go to Edit → Preferences → Modules and make sure mod-mp3 (and everything else) is enabled,
