I have a song with two vocal tracks recorded. In places one phrase of the track is noticeably out of time, it comes in late, typically. How do I move that phrase to an earlier time in the track without moving the entire track forward and placing all of the rest of it out of time? Is there an easy way to do this?
Also, getting the vocalist back to do it over is not easy.
Not sure if I understand your question correctly. Is it just about correction the start of a phrase or ist the phrase not in sync with the other parts? Did you try to cut out the phrase and move zje clip back/forth in time to align with the other track? Of course this will give you some gap/overlap with the rest.
