Missing music separation tool

I have installed Audacity 3.7.3. I also have installed audacity-win-v3.7.1-R4.2-64bit-OpenVINO-AI-Plugins. I have enabled mod-openvino.
This is how far I get. After restarting Audacity there is no entry under effects for OpenVINO AI Effects and no Music Separation.

What can I do? Is there anything to adjust in the registry?

It depends on the sort effects setting you have on your Audacity.

Also, some AI’s (notably the transcription AI) is not in the Effects menu. It is in the Analyze menu.

I need the music separation tool. According to what I found googling, it should be under OpenVINO AI Effects.
What effects settings can I adjust?

I really need the music separation tool. Please, does nobody have an idea how I can get it working?
