I am using Audactity 3.7.1 on a Windows 10 PC.
The file I’m working with has several long sections of sound, with silence inbetween. I am using Analyze → Label Sounds to label the sounds (see settings below).
The trouble is how to ignore some very short (<2 secs) sections of sound inbetween the sound sections of interest (there are typically some noises in the “silent” sections.
There used to be a way to specify “minimum label duration”, but I am not finding that option anymore, so I keep getting unwanted labeled sections, as you can see below (Sound 02) . How can I prevent this?
