Hi all, my Logitech Zone 300 headset microphone is being detected on my MacBook and is working just fine when doing a test recording on the internet. It’s also showing up as an input device on Audacity. However, when I go to start a new recording, it’s not detecting me speaking at all. This problem only lies in the softwares like Audacity and GarageBand. What could be the problem here?
Check your Privacy/Security Settings.
I have checked my Privacy Settings and Audacity has access to my microphone.
That is a bluetooth wireless headset. Audacity is known to not play well with bluetooth audio devices.
