The OpenVINO Whisper transcription documentation says that there is no maximum duration of audio that can be processed because it breaks it up into 30 second chunks.
Can anyone tell me if that is true in Audacity’s implementation as well?
I have two different multiple-hour recordings I need to review and I am hoping that transcription labels will help me keep track of what I am reviewing. I’m not going to wait for the transcription if it’s going to throw an error anyway.
Pardon me if this already exists. I am using the 3.6.6 version of Audacity.
I ran transcription during the night last night and when I came home from work it had finished. I would now like to search the labels. My label editor in Audacity does not search. I would like to suggest it.
I have the Find Label Nyquist plug-in, but every time I invoke it, the search starts from the beginning, and does not resume from the current location.
I can export the labels and search the exported file, but that means navigation to the time, which is burdeonsome.
