Hiya! How do I match the beats of a song I import, to the new beats & measures feature?

(Please don’t shoot the messenger)

  1. First you need to know the exact BPM of the song that you want to import.
  2. The song must have a tempo that can be expressed exactly with two decimal places.
  3. Launch Audacity.
  4. Set the temp to the required BPM.
  5. Import the song.
