You know how in horror movies the vinyl or tape suddenly starts to play but in a distorted form, sometimes distored and slow, sometimes normal.
Do you have any tips on how to achieve this?
I’m not a pro at all by the way 
Time track can make the music slower, (or faster), & change pitch
