Low Pass Filter

Audacity Version 3.1.2/Win10

Trying to use the Low Pass Filter. I don’t see it under “Effect”, however when I look in Add/Remove Plug Ins, the Low Pass Filter is enabled. I can see the plug in file “lowpass.ny” in the Plug-Ins directory? Any ideas? Thanks.

It’s in the bottom section of the Effect menu.
Open the Effect menu, then press “L” several times to scroll through all effects that begin with “L”.
