Looking for ways to measure audio drops in a sine wave

Hello,

I am trying to determine how many audio drops I get while playing a sine wave in some RF interference scenarios. I was thinking of using 2 channels in audacity, one for the input sine wave and the second for the output sine wave with the audio glitches/drops. Is there a way for me to compare and contrast the sine waves and thereby measure the gaps/audio drops?

Invert output sine wave, select both tracks and mix them. As a result, you will get the difference between the waves
