Locating Mixer Toolbar in latest version of audacity

Hi! I’m trying to convert some old cassette tapes to mp3 but can’t find the Mixer and Meter Toolbars and unfortunately I’ve got nowhere - I’ll be so grateful if someone can help! =) Thank you! Katie
