I recently upgraded to Audacity 3.7.7-64 bit. I have 4 LANDR plugins i use only only 3 work now, the BASS plug-in is getting an incompatible message on the Plugin Manager as incompatible. Worked fine prior to upgrade of Audacity. It is possible there is an issue created by this particular plugin was a free promo offer by LANDR while other 3 were purchased. I tried re-downloading from LANDR site where it shows as a purchased item but still shows as incompatible.
Help appreciated.
Is the plug-in you are wanting to use 32 bit? 64-bit versions of Audacity can only use 64-bit plug-ins.
I have been using a total of 4 LANDR plugins and only one is no longer loading since my recent Audacity upgrade. I have been using Audacity 64 bit and believe the LANDR plugins to be 64 as well though their website does not identify these as either way. The other quandary is two were purchased through MuseHub (working) and the other two through LANDR and Thomann. Bass was actually a free plugin offer direct from LANDR and I am thinking that is where the problem lies now, it did previously work. Unfortunate as I have not received a response from LANDR which prompts me to hold off trying any other of their products. I recently purchased LANDR Acoustic via Thomann and no problem with that one and shows up on the as purchased on the LANDR site. The other issue could be is that MuseHub is having problems recognizing purchases outside their site. LANDR site also does not recognize purchases made on MuseHub.
All a bit complicated for an old guy trying to learn new things.
