Can someone explain this to me or tell me how to fix this? I’ve never had this before. Also have this on other devices.
If I copy a part of a track I cut out, sometimes the content of the copied track behaves weird. Like in that video.
Yes it is a bug.

in which case it should be fixed when 3.6.2 is released.
