Is there such a thing as binaural speech?

I heard that if from one ear you play a tone of 190Hz and from the other ear you play a tone of 185Hz, the brain will generate the difference of 5Hz. Is it possible to take advantage of this phenomena to make the brain generate frequency range of a word? Like the frequency range of Love?

Given that speech aren’t just a sine wave at a single frequency, but have overtones over thousands of Hz (even the most narrowband telephone still has a range of 300-3400Hz), and that binaural beats start becoming undetectable after a carrying frequency of above 1000Hz, the answer is “no”.
