Is there a windows 10 version of Mac App called Audio Hijack

I want to be able to shape the sound of my USB mic PRIOR to recording. Example: EQ, Delay, etc. when I am contributing to a Skype or Zoom call.

I understand the processing Audacity provides to a recorded event. This is prior to recording for use in a video call.

“vb-audio software” make similar products for Windows.
There is also “VAC virtual audio cable”.
