Is there a feature that can parse a file into tracks via silent spaces?

Here’s my situation. I have torrented an album that was in APE format and the CUE file can’t break it up into individual tracks (for whatever reason, this seems to always be happening now, whereas it did not in the past). (If it matters, I use rutracker.org.) Monkey’s Audio can convert the APE file into WAV with no problem, and I could go in by hand and extract out sections of that WAV file, but it seems like there should be a feature that will do this for the user. I could see the feature requiring the input of some maximum dB value for silence for some minimum length of time, and then just parsing the file as per those inputs.

Any ideas?

Could use silence finder to automatically label the tracks, then export multiple based on the labels.
