Audacity 3.7.5 for Mac, running on Sequoia 15.7.2 on a MacBook Air - Apple M2 chip.
It was working fine earlier today, but now when I try to play back audio in Audacity, I get this error. It only happens when I try to use headphones - and NOT with Bluetooth, but with a good ol’ fashion cable. If I play from the Mac’s speakers, no problem. I’ve tried restarting and it doesn’t fix anything. Is there any way to get it back to normal?
