Interfacing Audacity with a TASCAM Model 24

Greetings,

Has anyone used Audacity with a Tascam Model 24 for recording? A quick rundown on the setup would be appreciated.

It would be best to record directly to the TASCAM (without the computer) and then you can optionally transfer the files to the computer for editing.

I don’t know how to do that, but check the TASCAM manual.
