I need the OLD interface back

I am not saavy enough to re-learn a new interface. I am working on projects and am now at a standstill.
I need this:

Do you have the installer for the last known, good, working Audacity? Do you know what that one was? Did you update for a reason?

You don’t say what in particular you are having difficulties with. The developers have been tweaking the interface for the last year or so in an effort to prepare Audacity for new features coming down the road. They are expected to continue to do so.

Older versions of Audacity are available here: Old Audacity versions download. It is tricky to tell from your screenshot which version you need; possibly 3.0.5 or 2.4.2. If you still have a running version somewhere you can do Help > About Audacity to learn for sure. You may need to do View > Reset Toolbars after you load the older version.
