I found crash on audacity

Hello, before I start writing, please understand my English skills are not very good. I’m using Windows 10, and audacity version 3.4.2. I was solving CTF probs, so I used audacity to analyze audio(.wav) file. I tried to play audio file with tempo 999-998, then audacity was crashed. After crash, I see a crash dump window within Crash reason, Crash address, etc. So i tried to send this crash report, but failed with error message “Failed to send crash report”. Please analyze this crash. Thank you.

I can import that file without any problem, but it is a very weird audio file, having a sample rate of 1 Hz and containing broadband noise.
