please help me to put ffmpeglibrary on my audacity
Before you begin, you need to know whether you have the 32-bit or the 64-bit version of Audacity running. To find this out, start Audacity, then Help > About Audacity > Build Information Tab. The third line will say something like: “Build type:
CMake Release build (debug level 1), 64 bits”. If it doesn’t say 64-bits, then you are running the 32-bit version.
Now, follow the instructions here: Installing FFmpeg - Audacity Support
the FFmpeg library is required by Audacity to import and export various audio formats, including MP3, AAC, FLAC, and others. Audacity relies on FFmpeg for handling these formats due to licensing and patent restrictions.
If you’re experiencing issues with Audacity and it prompts you about missing or unavailable FFmpeg libraries, you may need to install FFmpeg separately on your computer.
