How to split multiple audio tracks at once to add music

I want to add 2 music tracks, but I want to add them after 20 seconds of talking and 40 seconds, and I want to play each of them for 10 seconds - but I don’t want them to play over the 3 spoken podcast tracks, they will be solo/separate audio.

If the music and speech could overlap at any point, then you should use AutoDuck on the music, so the speech can always be understood … Auto Duck - Audacity Manual

BTW, Batch-processing in Audacity is called “Macros” …

If you had many such podcasts the same editing can be applied to all of them via a macro : (quicker & consistent ) .
