How to record VoIP Calls on Lync using Audacity

Hi Experts,

I’m currently trying to record VoIP calls on Microsoft Lync using Audacity 2.1.2. Below are the details:

OS: Windows 7
Communication Software: Microsoft Lync 2010
Recording Equipment: Jabra UC Voice 550a MS

I’ve tried all permutation and combination of recording / playback settings in Audacity; however failing to record the call in any way.

Please help and let me know if you need further information.
