I want to record a telephone interview (via Skype) on Audacity. I want to later edit the recorded interview and play portions of it in conjunction with music recordings. How do I accomplish these tasks? The interview will be played on my website [Advert deleted by moderator] My operating system is Windows XP.

The best way to record Skype conversations is to use software that is specifically designed for the job, such as Pamela (commercial, non-free software) or Skype Call Recorder (free, open source: http://atdot.ch/scr/). Other products are also available.
