How to put display to sleep on All in One Dell

I run Audacity on my Dell All In One and the display won’t go to sleep even though I have set the power controls to put it to sleep after a few minutes. I can’t seem to minimize the app either while it’s recording. The machine is in my bedroom and I’m recording some radio shows that are on the air while I’m asleep so the recorder timing tool works for that.

How do I get the monitor to go to sleep and yet Audacity still records?

My prior set up had a separate monitor with a laptop so I manually turned off that monitor.

Try the “Power saving” options in Windows settings.
