How to make Talking Tom Cat sound by Audacity?

You could try the Vocoder tool. That combines two sounds in a better way than just mixing. this is one example.

You put the cat sound on one side and your voice on the other.

What % did you try?
What happened when you did that?

If you don’t get the result that you want, you can “undo” the effect by selecting “Undo” from the Edit menu.

Just as a starting point, I tried 40% (about the same as 6 semitones up), and the results were pretty similar to Talking Tom. Now I just have to practice my purring sound…
