How to make subliminal?

Hi everyone and Steve,

I hope you can help me with this one. I did a little bit research here but I found that almost subliminals post are old and didn’t understand really how to make it.

To make subliminal we have many techniques (I prefer one of these):
1.The Silent Subliminal Technique
2. The Stereo Confusion Technique

Which one is better? What do you recommend? How can I make it from Audacity? Do you have link that I can follow the guide?

I bought subliminal from one guy but I need to know which techniques he is using. I want to make my subliminals to my self with my own affarmation.

  1. which technique he is using?
  2. In which way can I know which affirmation in this track or another track?

Thank you for your help!

I think you just hit one of the top objections to subliminal message generation. There is no testing mechanism or process. If you wanted to test the quality and standards of broadcast or audiobooks, there’s lots of standardized testing and analysis tools.

Subliminal, not so much. I know of no published standards or tools for testing. You can find many different techniques for generating subliminal, but then it grinds to a halt after you make the work.

Engineers don’t like single-ended, “just trust us” products.

Thanks for your answer but do you have any idea about how I can make my own subliminal ?

With these two techniques or one of them with Audacity?
1.The Silent Subliminal Technique
2. The Stereo Confusion Technique

Thanks!

Do you know which frequency is the best to use in Edgar-rft plug-in?

17 500 hz or 16500 hz?

Thanks

If you can’t hear it, I don’t think it matters.

Thank you!!
